Haptik - Manager - Mobile Ad Sales

Haptik is currently looking out for a Manager, Mobile Ad Sales a hustler who can generate exponential growth in the Mobile Ads space for Haptik. You will be reporting to the AVP, Strategic Alliances and work closely with the CEO on overall sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet our revenue and gross profit objectives. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with our company strategy.

  • Create and continuously improve sales materials, presentations, and documentation for all of our products.

  • Assist in the planning, developing and evaluating of new client-driven initiatives on an ongoing basis; participate in cross-functional teams as needed.

  • Research areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Development to provide solutions for new potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry.

  • Represent our company at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital ad sales, native advertising, mobile advertising or related field

  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills

  • Strong initiative as well as excellent teamwork

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced start-up environment
