Partner Account Manager - Collaboration


What You'll Do


  • Drive Overall Collaboration Revenue growth with Key Collaboration Specialized Partners
  • Increase the overall Collaboration Attach Rate
  • Increase Attach Rate for Key Technologies like Video, Jabber & Contact Center
  • Identify or Recruit New/ Competitive Collaboration partners to address the Channel Gap
  • Create Overall Collaboration Business Plan in Line with the Country Collaboration Arch Plan
  • Create Partner Plans and Jointly drive engagements with the support of the Architecture PSS teams
  • Drive new/create business models with Partners to enable Sell Thru Bundles and Cloud based reselling
  • Evaluation of volume based business models and strategy to enlist key regional partners.
  • Drive Key Collaboration Programs and create Local Promotions to drive higher sales & Drive Partner Behavior
  • Analysis of key market trends, with focus on major competitor partner strategic
  • Apply expert business and industry knowledge to lead business and market development activities.
  • Drive Collaboration Channels Marketing Initiatives
  • Drive Big Bet/Quick Bet investment program with Partners to accelerate or build new Collaboration practices with Partners
  • Develop, Support & Grow existing Niche Collaboration (Video, CC) partners to grow their business regionally.
  • Conduct various Events, Seminars, Sales Enablement Workshops to Enable Partners and develop Partner Working Relationships with Cisco Field Teams
  • Establish, maintain working relationships with key APJC function business stakeholders Regional Partner Organization, Architecture Teams, Legal, Finance and AS team
  • Establish and maintain working business partner relationships with APJC Channel Operations, Channel/Produc t Marketing Teams and India Field Sales teams.
  • Establish working relationships and alignment with World Wide Channels organization.

Who You Are


  • 10+ years experience in Collaboration Solutions selling and/or strategic consulting, preferably in Collaboration 
 (Including Video, UC, CC)
  • Strong knowledge of trends and innovations in communications (voice, video, mobility, cloud, applications led
  • CXO presence and ability to drive mindshare
  • Demonstrated positive influence skills 

 Effective team building & collaboration skills with strategic and tactical organizations 

 Focused on results oriented performance with Partners
 Strong management & judgment skills including organization, self-motivatio n, prioritization skills 

 Strong presentation, extemporaneous oral, facilitation, and written communications skills 
 Some expertise and experience in quantitative & analytical skills in financial modeling
